Notturno returns this winter with "Heads", the conclusion to their four-album exploration of the human psyche. 


On this final chapter, Notturno's blend of depressive black metal and classical/chamber elements remain as essential as ever, with compositions that swell and collapse, dynamically shifting between a chilling nocturnal atmosphere and an urgent desperation, an uneasy calm permeating the quiet before inevitable tumultuous waters. Morphing between a haunting eerie atmosphere, dramatic gothic terror, and depressive black metal despondency, "Heads" explores a range of moods over long-form compositions, taking cues from previous albums but developed with greater patience and intensity.
