ALBUM RELEASES: Old Forgotten Lands, and stroszek albums

The new HDR albums, Old Forgotten Lands' Primal, and stroszek's sound graveyard bound are now officially released and available! If you are interested in placing an order for these new releases, check out the HDR RELEASES section of the website.

Also, a new video for the stroszek track "spirits dwell" featuring nat on female vocals was created to celebrate the release date. The imagery for the video was inspired by the 1977 film 'stroszek' from which this project gets its name.

I am happy to announce that starting today, we are accepting pre-orders for the new Old Forgotten Lands album 'Primal' as well as the new Stroszek album - the first on Hypnotic Dirge, called 'Sound Graveyard Bound.' We have just received the latest releases from Solitude Productions in Russia which were previously not available from HDR. As many of you will know, since September 2010, we have had a partnership with Solitude Productions to distribute all of their available releases in North America. 2012 is now among us and with that comes the first distribution update of the year. Hypnotic Dirge Records has signed two new bands onto its artist roster, with both bands planned to have a release in the first half of 2012. The new bands added to the roster are EPITIMIA and SILENT PATH.
