USA Listeners:
The best place to order our releases is from Hypaethral Records in Toronto, Canada. CD's and LP's are currently considered cultural items and exempt from tariff fees so you will not be charged extra. As of early 2026, they are still adding our releases to their online shop, but over the coming weeks most of our catalog - both old and new will become available.

We do not ship direct to the US from Portugal due to existing suspension of ALL mail to the US from Portugal (and most European countries) since August 2025.

Russian Listeners:
The payment system we use in our shop won't allow Russia to be listed as a shipping option due to Western sanctions. The hypocrisy is stagering considering that "israel" is still listed as an option - much like "israel" is still allowed to participate in international events after commiting a genocide, but Russia is persona non-grata across the western world. We will gladly still ship to Russia! Send an email to work out the details.

"Israeli" Listeners: 
FUCK YOU. I will never ship anything to your genocidal state nor to anyone in your sick society where upwards of 90%+ of the population supports the genocide in Palestine, your displacement of millions in Lebanon, and your unprovoked attack on Iran. Get the fuck out of Palestine and may Iran reign missiles down on "Tel Aviv"

Shipping Time:
In the vast majority of cases, orders are shipped within 7 days,
usually closer to 3-5 days. (excluding pre-orders)

On occasion, as this is a one-man operation, I have upcoming deadlines
and there is a slight delay in shipping. I take your support seriously and
 always aim to haveyour order out as soon as possible!

Please note that arrival time varies by distance from Portugal and efficiency of
your local postal service. The vast majority of the time, orders arrive within 1-2 weeks, almost anywhere in the world., but please allow up to 4-6 weeks for your package to arrive, especially if you live outside Europe. I will always make sure you receive what you ordered, but the VAST majority of the time when someone has emailed me about an order, it was simply delayed and arrived a few days later.

Shipping Method:
Orders are shipped via Standard AirMail (untracked) via CTT
- The Portuguese Public Postal System. 

Shipping without tracking is the cheapest way to ship and arrives without issue
in 99% of cases. There is always a risk but the risk is very minimal.

Shipping without tracking is the standard because this keeps shipping costs as low as possible and is almost always unnecessary.

That being said, if you would like to add tracking to your order, you can email us BEFORE placing your order and we can add tracking to your order for an extra fee.

If you choose to have your order shipped without tracking,
we are not responsible for any lost or missing packages.
