This is the best place to order our releases! On Bandcamp we have to charge an inflated shipping price due to Bandcamp's fees.
We encourage all our followers to order directly from the official shop!
If you are concerned about not having the digital album in your collection, remember that all our releases are "name-your-price" after the release date
so you can download the album for free or throw 1€ our way to add it to your digital collection. You will always save on shipping ordering from this shop!

The store is still undergoing improvements as this became our official and only store again after the permanent closure of the Canadian Shop on 31/12/2025.
We are working on improved functionality, adding additional payment methods, and other enhancements. It's a process but we're getting there!
However, everything is perfectly functional now and stock counts are accurate!
Shipping Origin / Accesibility
All orders ship from Portugal to most locations worldwide!
We do not ship to the following locations:
United States, Israel, Russia
USA: Due to tariff regulations and Portugal having suspended all shipping to the US
Russia: Because the payment system in our store won't allow it
Israel: Because FUCK ISRAEL, we will NEVER ship there.
Shipping Time:
In the vast majority of cases, orders are shipped within 7 days.
(excluding pre-orders)
On occasion, as this is a one-man operation, I have upcoming deadlines
and there is a slight delay in shipping.
I take your support seriously and always aim to have
your order out as soon as possible!
Please note that arrival time varies by distance from Portugal and
efficiency of your local postal service.
Please allow up to 6 weeks for your package to arrive,
especially if you live outside Europe.
The vast majority of the time, orders arrive within 1-3 weeks.
I do not have time to respond to every email asking about the status of your order.

Shipping Method:
Orders are shipped via Standard AirMail (untracked) via CTT
- The Portuguese Public Postal System.
Shipping without tracking is the cheapest way to ship and arrives without issue
in 99% of cases. There is always a risk but the risk is very minimal.
Shipping without tracking is the standard because this keeps shipping costs as low as possible and is almost always unnecessary.
That being said, if you would like to add tracking to your order, you can email us BEFORE placing your order and we can add tracking to your order for an extra fee.
If you choose to have your order shipped without tracking,
we are not responsible for any lost or missing packages.
Digital:
Hypnotic Dirge Records releases are available on Bandcamp for
streaming and download for free / by-donation.
You can also download our full digital discography for €25,00
Our philosophy is rooted in the principle of open-source media and unlimited access!
We depend on the community for the viability and long-term sustainability of Hypnotic Dirge and wholeheartedly believe in the efficacy of this model!

Return Policy
If we made a mistake with your order, you can contact us and we will send you a replacement shipment at no cost to you.
If your order arrives damaged, you can contact us for a replacement.
In the case of damaged vinyl sleeves, we will just send a replacement sleeve
- not a new record.
We will always work with you to fix our mistakes.
