As with Nordicwinter's previous records, "Sorrow" examines the darker side of the human condition through somber and melancholic music. Utilizing a typical dsbm sound, the guitars have the perfect level of distortion to carry a bit of grit while still being clear and allowing the occasional string melody to hover above the mix like a blanket of stars. "Sorrow" surpasses even the heights of Nordicwinter's 2020 records and raises them to the upper tier of Depressive Black Metal.

Sanctuaires is a second album by a noend of mine, a project by Les Vynogradov (Vin de Mia Trix, Kauan). Sanctuaires marks a departure from the mellow proggy vignettes found on anom’s debut, The Serenity’s Eve, in favor of a slower, darker, cinematic approach. Drawing inspiration from sources as varied as Bark Psychosis, Bohren & Der Club of Gore, Dead Can Dance, and Olivier Messiaen, the album offers an unexpected mix of post-prog, funeral jazz and sacred music.

Presented in gatefold packaging, there will be 300 copies in classic black, while the more limited variants will be 100 blue chill vinyl), and 100 white mist vinyl.
